Academy Week 2 Recap

Week 2 of academy wrapped for our largest academy class in UCFD#1 history! The academy dove into medical protocols and procedures with hands-on EMS training, complete with our trusty training mannequins.

The recruits also learned about emotional resilience for First Responders and the wide variety of employee wellness programs the District offers, like our Peer Support Team and confidential counseling contracts.
