UMATILLA COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT #1. Proposals Due 2:00 PM, October 21, 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Umatilla County Fire District #1 (“the Owner”) Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the Fire Station Remodel, Renovations and Additions Project. Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal and email it to Scott Stanton, Fire Chief at Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM Local Time on October 21, 2021, after which time no further Proposals will be received. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on October 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Fire Station 21 located at 320 South First St, Hermiston, OR 97838. 

Project Scope of Work: The project consists of renovations, additions, and seismic strengthening at four District fire stations. The complete Request for Proposal may be reviewed and obtained from  The CM/GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so. ANY PROTEST OR REQUEST FOR CHANGE MUST BE DELIVERED IN WRITING to Scott Stanton, Fire Chief, Umatilla County Fire District #1, at 320 South First St, Hermiston, OR 97838, ON OR BEFORE SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS.
